Roasted Cauliflower

This has become one of our family favorite side dishes.  Very simple to make and very tasty.

Roasted Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower; cut into bite-size florets
2 T. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place cauliflower in a bowl.
3. Drizzle with olive oil.
4. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.
5. Cover bowl with a plate and shake to distribute ingredients.
6. Spread on a baking sheet and cook in the center of the oven until cauliflower is lightly browned - about 20 minutes.

  1. Yum! I just made this tonight!!! I had to cook it for a little longer than 20 minutes -- Anne Marie & Mike both LOVED it!!
